3. No Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1681 and following. No material here or from a linked search tool is a consumer report, and it may not be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

Government portals, library collections, and third-party tools have their own rules, privacy practices, availability, and charges. We do not control their information, access terms, or results.

5. No Warranties

The service is offered as is and as available. We make no warranty that content is complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose, and no warranty that an external portal will remain available.

We may block or limit access, without notice, when a user violates these terms, threatens service security, or abuses information reached through the service.

11. New York Law

New York law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. New York's Freedom of Information Law, Public Officers Law Article 6, sections 84 through 90, governs access to qualifying executive-agency records. It does not turn restricted, court, vital, or protected records into public material.
